College: Rowe is a talented defensive back who contributes from the cornerback as well as safety position. After playing mostly corner in 2010, Rowe will bring his speed to the inside as a safety in 2011.

High School: He was selected a Florida Sports Writers Association Class 3A First Team All-State defensive selection as a senior after compiling over 20 interceptions in his career.
